Palutena, the
Goddess of Light, was captured by the evil
Medusa but was soon rescued by the angel
Pit. She now rules over
Skyworld while guiding and granting Pit various powers such as the Power of Flight on his adventures. However, Palutena has also been able to show her own power on the battlefield. She has since grown bored of watching the action in Smash Bros., and has now joined the brawl! Though the fact that she's a
goddess seems pretty unfair...
Palutena uses her staff for her standard attacks, and her Specials consist of some of the powers she granted Pit in Kid Icarus: Uprising. Her Final Smash is a combination of Black Hole and Mega Laser.
