Cloud Strife, the protagonist of Square Enix's
Final Fantasy VII, storms into battle! Cloud wields his
Buster Sword in battle and can use
Limit Breaks to power up his abilities. Activate Limit Breaks by maxing out the
Limit Gauge, which fills by
dealing and receiving damage and via manual charge with his
down special.
Blade Beam is more powerful when shot along the ground than in the air. If it connects three successive times, Cross Slash can hit to five times, forming the Japanese kanji "凶" ("kyō"). The ascending Climhazzard can be followed up with an additional plummeting slash. Upon activating a Limit Break, Limit Charge becomes Finishing Touch, a whirling spin that only deals 1% damage but launches opponents with high damage percentages sky high.
